Lokotrack® LT200HPX™ mobile cone crusher plant is designed for secondary and tertiary hard rock crushing. For the first time – the reliable Lokotrack LT200HP is now equipped with a 2-deck pre-screen, allowing operations to achieve up to +30% higher capacity with the LT200HPX. Lokotrack® LT200HPX™ is perfect for producing aggregates and commodities with a wide variety of applications being successfully crushed through the Metso HP200 Cone crusher.
Lokotrack® LT200HPX™ mobile cone crusher is especially suitable for a secondary or tertiary crusher in a 2 or 3 stage crushing process. It is equipped with a 2-deck pre-screen and wide feeding and production conveyors to significantly increase production capacity. For high capacity aggregates production, it is recommended to be combined with other Lokotrack® units, such as LT106™ jaw crusher and ST2.3, ST2.8, ST3.8 or ST4.8 mobile screens. It can also be used as a standalone unit and fed with an excavator or wheel loader.

PROCESS OVERVIEW
The LT200HPX is typically used in conjunction with a primary crushing plant as a secondary crusher in multi-stage crushing applications like ballast, asphalt, and concrete fraction production.
HOW IT WORKS
Material is fed on a feeder conveyor by primary Lokotrack or wheel loader. The feeder keeps crusher cavity level at the target to ensure the best throughput to main conveyor and then to next stage or to an additional screen module.
Power can be supplied either from external network or from 500 kVA onboard diesel generator.
