Lokotrack® ST2.3™ mobile scalping screen is a 3m x 1.5m compact scalper, suitable for heavy-duty scalping and screening. It is our most compact mobile screen with a wide screen box and aggressive stroke. The Lokotrack® ST2.3™ mobile scalper can easily be transported thanks its compact design, making it perfect for contractors. Like all Lokotrack models, the ST2.3 comes standard with the Metso 5 Year/10 000 hour EPS Warranty.
Lokotrack® ST2.3™ mobile scalping screen is suitable for heavy-duty scalping and screening. It is our most compact mobile scalper with a wide screen-box and aggressive stroke. With its aggressive stroke, wide screen and adjustable screen angle it is ideal for general contractors with various feed materials such as concrete, river gravel, aggregates and more. The Lokotrack ST2.3 has a wide variety of media options available such as Bofar bars, punch plate or mesh to suit a wide range of applications. The Lokotrack® ST2.3™ mobile screen can be used as a standalone unit or as part of multi-stage crushing and screening process.

PROCESS OVERVIEW
Lokotrack® ST2.3™ mobile scalper can be fed with an excavator or front-end loader into the 5.5m3 extended hopper with belt feeder. Material is transferred onto the 3m x 1.5m screen box with adjustable angle and over the selected media. The 13mm stroke allows material to be separated and report to the correct discharge chutes and directed to a conveyor in either the two or three-way split configuration required.
HOW IT WORKS
The unit is powered with a CAT C3.6 Engine and has a 260l fuel tank. The unit uses a 100l hydraulic oil tank. The screening area is 4.6m2 and is the loading height for the hopper is 2.5m-3m The maximum feed size recommended by the manufacturer is 400mm.
