PILOT MODULAR DWS3015 SCREEN

The DWS3015 consists of a double screen box mounted on a heavy-duty skid frame with twin vibrator motors, pulleys and V-belts. Its standard features include an adjustable angle screen box support frame, 2 bearing eccentric drive shaft, a 5-degree inclined deck, polyurethane panels and steel coil spring. Depending on the material and arrangement, the DWS3015 can screen up to 200tph with a feed size of up to 150mm and can produce accurately sized end products.

All Pilot Crushtec’s screens are available ex-stock, supplied ready to assemble and are easily transported. The Modular Screen DWS3015 Dewatering Screen is field proven and designed to integrate with the entire Pilot Modular range of conveyors, magnets, impactors, feeders, hoppers, chutes and more.
