TWISTER VS350 VSI CRUSHER

Twister VSI crushers use two variations of VSI crushing. The first is vertical shaft impact crushing where rock is fed onto a table type rotor which accelerates and then discharges the rock at high speed against steel anvils in the crushing chamber. The impact of the rock against the steel anvils induces fracture and breaks the rock. The second variation is called vertical shaft autogenous (VSA) crushing, where rock is fed into a multi-port rotor which accelerates and then discharges the rock at high speed against a rock filled crushing chamber. The impact of rock on rock induces fracture, breaks and shapes the rock. This unique crushing action provides low wear costs, superior products and high reduction ratios.

The Static Twister VS350 is mounted on a heavy-duty, free standing skid-frame and therefore does not require expensive foundations. There are three rotor options for the Twister VS350 – 3 port; 6 port; 4 port open table – suited to differing abrasive applications with throughput capacities up to 250tph through the rotor or up to 400tph using a cascading system. This enables operations to adjust the crusher output or final product to suit ever changing job specifications.
