BFH1000 Belt Feed Hopper

The Pilot Modular BFH1000 is a primary loading belt feed hopper offering a practical skid-mounted solution for a consistent material feed. Designed for quick setup, it is loaded by front-end loaders or excavators. The BFH1000 features a surge hopper and variable-speed conveyor belt to deliver regulated discharge at a height suited to the Pilot Modular MC750 conveyor. Installation is simple and requires only a level compact surface.

Part of the award-winning Pilot Modular range, this unit is one of many semi-mobile, skid-mounted crushing, screening, washing, and stockpiling machines designed for fast installation and easy integration. The range includes screens, conveyors, jaw and cone crushers, HSI and VSI crushers, feed hoppers, and washing plants – all skid-mounted with no need for concrete foundations. Each unit can work alone or in combination with other Pilot Modular machines for a fully modular solution.
