MC1050 Modular Conveyor

The Pilot Modular MC1050 conveyor is engineered for versatile, high-performance material handling across diverse applications, including quarrying, mining, recycling, infrastructure, and construction. Featuring a 1050mm-wide belt, it efficiently transfers a wide range of materials such as coal, aggregates, sand, construction and demolition waste, mine ore, crushed rock, and river gravel. Available in four lengths ranging from eleven (11) meters to twenty-six (26) meters, the MC1050 offers flexible configurations to suit various site requirements.

Designed for seamless integration with other Pilot Modular modules or as a stand-alone unit within existing crushing and screening plants, the MC1050 ensures rapid setup of complete transfer and stockpiling systems. Its modular, tried-and-tested design supports both wheel-mounted mobility for easy on-site repositioning and an optional base plate for stable, fixed installations, providing adaptability to diverse operational needs.
