DynamiTrac XS200 Xtreme Mobile Scalping Screen

The DynamiTrac Xtreme Screen is an entry-level mobile scalper, ideal for contractors, emerging operators and smaller sites that require dependable screening capability without the footprint, complexity or capital cost of larger plants. Complete with feed and stockpiling conveyors, it is designed to efficiently remove oversize material, it is ideal for feeding crushing stations or producing a final screened product.

Suitable for mining, quarrying, demolition waste, asphalt, recycling, aggregates, coal, and sand applications, the large screening area ensures fast and effective material separation. The unit can be fed by an excavator, loader, or mobile crusher, while its mobile design enables quick onsite setup and relocation without the need for civil works.

The screen box can be fitted with a wide range of screening media, including tines, punch plates, piano wire, rapid screen, and meshes, depending on the application. The top deck is side-tensioned, while the bottom deck is end-tensioned for optimal performance and flexibility.

Thanks to its compact design, the unit can be transported in a 40-foot container or on a step-deck trailer.
