The 6m3 Belt Feed Hopper is a heavy-duty, high torque electric feeder which is equipped with a variable speed drive to control feed ratio to the crusher for optimal performance. This feed hopper can be fed by a front end loader or ideally from the rear by another crusher or screen.

The TwisterTrac VS350 is equipped with an on-board, heavy-duty jib crane to improve convenience during maintenance when inspecting the rotor or performing maintenance on the rotor.

The TwisterTrac VS350 has Diesel/Electrical or Diesel/Hydraulic drive configurations with different emission options to suit local requirements to drive the VSI crusher and auxiliary systems, ensuring high efficiency and compliance with stringent emissions standards.

The discharge conveyor is a 1.2m wide belt which reaches a height of 3.7m for stockpiling crushed materials or discharge into a screen. This conveyor includes a heavy-duty high torque electric drive and has belt adjustment at both the drive and Tail end.

The VS350 Vertical shaft autogenous crusher is a high tonnage VSI which features a heavy-duty grease lubricated bearing shaft, a heavy-duty tapered shaft, a variety of rotor options – application dependant, rubber mountings and a rotor bypass system for power management in high tonnage applications.

01Rock-on-Rock Crushing

The highly efficient rock on rock method of crushing does not require any rock on steel impact or pressure, which makes the TwisterTrac VS350 very economical to run.

02Modular Rotors

All components are machined and bolted together reducing the rotor balancing process and providing better vibration without welding. This allows for rapid replacement of worn or damaged rotor body or wear parts.

03Vibration Mountings

The complete crusher is mounted to the subframe using 4 easily replaceable, angled, specialised vibration mounts to decrease vibration and stress loading on the skid frame.

04Heavy-Duty Tapered Shaft

Heavy-duty, robust shafts with a precision taper ensures quick , secure rotor fitment of the rotor to the shaft. A rotor jacking and lifting tool is provided to ensure safe removal and fitment during rotor replacements.

05Standard with HALLS

The hydraulically controlled Hydraulic Automatic Lid Lifting and Slewing System (HALLS) allows one person to quickly, easily and safely open and close the crusher lid providing complete rotor access. Safety pins always ensure safe operation.

06Single Electric Motor

Heavy-duty rusher shaft allows the use of a single electric motor up to 330kW, reducing the footprint of the crusher, the number and size of pulleys / sheaves and v-belts and eliminating the need. To synchronise motors and to maintain an equally-tensioned drive system in dual motor crushers.
