CVB1540 Triple Deck Vibrating Screen

The Pilot Modular CVB1540 Triple Deck Screen is a semi-mobile, skid mounted three-deck screening plant designed to operate as a secondary and tertiary screens using diverse screening media. The screening plant is supplied complete, mounted on a skid frame and includes an electrical drive pack, sand box and discharge chutes.

Mounted on a heavy-duty skid frame, the Metso screen box from the CVB range of screens, is designed to handle the harshest conditions and toughest material in all type of applications.

This field-proven unit ensures seamless integration with the full Pilot Modular ecosystem -including conveyors, feeders, hoppers, and crushers – for scalable, turnkey operations that grow with your business.
