CVB1845   Compact Screen Module

The Pilot Modular CVB1845 Screens are semi-mobile, skid mounted triple deck screening plants designed to operate as a secondary screen using diverse screening media. The screening plant is supplied complete, mounted on a skid frame and includes an electrical drive pack, sand box & discharge chutes.

The screen box is a Metso screen box from the CVB range of screens. These tried and tested vibrating screens are designed for quarries, gravel pits, mines, crushing contractors, and portable operations, to handle the harshest conditions and toughest material.

  A modular 3-deck screen ideal for secondary and tertiary screening, providing efficient fine material separation after the initial crushing stages.
• CVB1845 3PM:
  A primary 3-deck module built for heavy-duty applications, capable of processing coarser feed directly from crushers while meeting higher capacity demands.
• CVB1845 4M:
  A modular 4-deck screen for secondary and tertiary applications, similar to the 3M but featuring an additional deck for superior fine classification and multi-stage separation of finer fractions.
