CVB2060   Compact Screen Module

The Pilot Modular CVB2060 Screens are semi-mobile, skid-mounted triple-deck screening units engineered for secondary screening applications across a variety of media types. Each plant is fully assembled on a durable skid frame and comes equipped with an electrical drive pack, sand box, and discharge chutes for plug-and-play operation.

At the core of the unit is Metso’s proven CVB screen box – a field-tested vibrating screen built to withstand the toughest operating environments, including quarries, gravel pits, mining operations, and mobile crushing applications.
Available in two robust modular configurations, the CVB2060 range is designed to accommodate diverse feed materials and production demands – from heavy-duty primary scalping to high-precision fine screening.

  • CVB2060 3M:
     A modular 3-deck screen optimised for secondary/tertiary applications, delivering precise separation of finer products following primary crushing.
  • CVB2060 3PM:
    A primary 3-deck module engineered for high-impact feed from crushers, featuring reinforced construction and elevated capacity for coarse, heavy-duty scalping.
