DD4815 Modular Primary Scalping Screen

The Pilot Crushtec DD4815 is a heavy-duty, semi-mobile, modular vibrating scalping screen engineered for primary scalping in demanding environments like mines and quarries.

Its robust construction handles up to 600 tph with a maximum feed size of 600mm, of blasted rock, overburden, aggregates, and demolition waste, efficiently removing oversize material to optimize primary crushing.

Key to its ruggedness is a durable double-deck design (4.8m x 1.5m per deck) with a large throw for aggressive separation, even of sticky or moist feeds, minimizing blockages and downtime. Operators can choose the screening media that best suits the job, such as mesh, piano wire, slotted panels, or Rapid Screen finger decks. This makes it easier to match the machine to the material being processed and the conditions on site.

As part of the field-proven Pilot Modular range, it features quick-assembly transportability, integrated chutes for efficient material flow, and seamless compatibility with feeders, crushers, and conveyors, ensuring reliable, high-uptime performance in mining, quarrying, and recycling operations.
