The DynamiTrac HRC8 is the world’s first fully tracked, dual power, High Pressure Grinding Rolls (HPGR) crusher.

This track-mounted, self-driven and dual powered, feeding, crushing and stockpiling machine for use in quaternary crushing applications is ideal for processing hard rock in mining, industrial minerals and for sand and aggregate production.

At the heart of the DynamiTrac HRC8 is the Metso HRC 8 High Pressure Grinding Rolls crusher which is ideally suited for size reduction of rocks and ores. The Metso HRC 8 uses a method of inter-particle comminution by drawing in a bed of material between two rotating rollers, which compress the feed material between two rotating rolls. One of which is fixed and the other floating. The two rotating rollers generate a high pressure, such that it compresses the feed material to the desired smaller grain size. Using optimal crushing force through adjustable hydraulic cylinders, adjustable pressure and variable speed, and its patented arch frame design HRC 8, makes it suitable for even the toughest hard rock materials.
