Crush and screen final product with one compact machine! The DynamiTrac J100S Mobile Tracked Jaw Crusher is a game-changer, designed to conquer the toughest materials while offering unmatched versatility.

Powered by a rugged on-board diesel-electric generator or alternative grid plug-in power supply. This powerhouse crushes rock, concrete, and brick (up to 400mm) at 40-100 tonnes per hour. But it doesn’t stop there – it’s also equipped with a hanging screen to screen materials, able to produce a final end product with just one machine. The J100S also takes efficiency to the next level with its vibrating grizzly system, which ensures that only what needs to be crushed gets crushed – stockpiling the natural fines before they enter the crusher.

With fully electric controls, the J100S is incredibly easy to track, set up, and get running. Its intuitive hydraulic system and user-friendly controls make operating the machine a breeze, even in the toughest environments.

Operators can choose the power source based on the site conditions or availability of power. For instance, in remote locations without access to electricity, the diesel engine can be utilised. When connected to an electrical power source, the crusher can operate more efficiently and with lower operational costs compared to running on diesel fuel. Dual power crushers can be easily transported and set up at various sites, adapting to different power availability and operational needs.

With a single supply manifold and 7.2L at 2 bar pressure water requirement the J100S comes standard with built in spray bars. Strategically located at the crusher inlet, main conveyor and at the tail conveyor these spray bars not only add dust suppression but improve material flow helping to reduce wear and tear and extend the lifespan of the crusher.
