GFH1000 Grizzly Feed Hopper

The Pilot Modular GFH1000 is a robust skid-mounted grizzly feed hopper designed to scalp out +100 mm oversize rock and ore from feed material ahead of the primary crushing stage. Loaded by a front-end loader or excavator, it delivers surge capacity and a steady feed output while allowing rapid setup on site.

Handling up to 200 tph with a maximum lump size of 300 mm, the GFH1000 is mounted on a heavy-duty support structure with conveniently placed inspection doors for easy servicing.
This unit forms part of the award-winning Pilot Modular range – a versatile collection of ready-to-use, semi-mobile, skid-mounted equipment for crushing, screening, washing and stockpiling.

The range includes feed hoppers, conveyors, crushers, screens, and washing plants, all designed for rapid installation without the need for concrete foundations. Pilot Modular machines can be operated individually or combined to create a complete processing solution.
