The kinematics of the HP400 cone crusher are centred around a combination of crusher speed, throw, crushing forces, and cavity design, which work together to optimise performance. The cone crusher can be configured in either a standard or reduced version. The reduced version decreases the stroke length, which powers the crusher’s capacity and power consumption.

The HP400 offers dual-acting hydraulic tramp-release cylinders allowing the crusher to safely pass uncrushable material and deliver a large clearing stroke when required.
