HRC8 Hydraulic Rolls Crusher Module

The Pilot Modular Metso HRC™8 is a complete plug-and-play rolls crusher module, supplied ready to run on a skid-mounted frame with a maintenance platform and access ladder.

Powered by Metso’s proven High Pressure Grinding Rolls (HPGR) technology, the HRC™8 is engineered to handle even the toughest hard rock materials. It delivers premium manufactured sand and high-quality aggregates with a capacity of up to 90 mtph. While not designed for high tonnage, its superior efficiency and single-pass yield more than compensate, reducing the need for re-crushing – common in traditional crushers.

Ideal for the manufactured sand market, as well as quarrying and mining operations, the HRC™8 also serves as a pre-grinder to enhance downstream mill performance.
