IC50 Horizontal Shaft Impact Crusher

The Pilot Modular IC50 Horizontal Shaft Impact Crusher is a versatile, high performance, impact crusher for primary and secondary crushing applications. It is supplied complete, ready to run and is mounted on a skid-frame with maintenance platform and access ladder.

The crusher is equipped with a heavy-duty, fixed hammer rotor, three high chrome blow-bars, 400BHN liners and impact plates and features an adjustable impact apron, with oversize and tramp release. It has a split and hinged upper housing to provide ease of opening for maintenance. Application dependent, it can operate at speeds between 682 – 966 rpm and can handle feed material up to 300mm in soft rock and 100mm in hard rock applications.
