The Lokotrack® LT200HPX™ mobile cone crusher is especially suitable for a secondary or tertiary crusher in a 2 or 3 stage crushing process. It is equipped with a 2-deck pre scalping screen and wide feeding and production conveyors to significantly increase production capacity.
For high-capacity aggregates production it is recommended to be combined with other Lokotrack® units, such as LT106™ or LT116™ jaw crushers and ST2.8, ST3.8 or ST4.8 mobile screens. It can also be used as a standalone unit and fed with an excavator or wheel loader.

The Lokotrack LT200HPX has a 2-deck pre-screen, which increases the overall capacity of the mobile crusher. A small feed can bypass the crusher and go directly to the product pile or downstream in the process, increasing overall production, reducing wear and improving product quality. It also allows easy process changeover from 0/32 mm to 0/16 mm.

The Metso IC™ process control system optimises crushing results. It allows one-button start and stop, with built-in troubleshooting and a variety of parameter selections. All Lokotrack® mobile crushers in the same crushing process can be connected to the Metso IC™ system.
With a large inventory of critical spare and wear parts available at our Jet Park premises, Pilot Crushtec has technical and spares support for the LT200HPX to ensure that you limit downtime, should a breakdown occur.
Metso is investing heavily in its equipment safety and easy maintenance. In LT200HPX, safe and easy daily operations are ensured with extensive services platforms as well as safe walkways on both sides of the unit that fold automatically for transporting in one piece.
