The Lokotrack® LT330D™ mobile cone crusher is a complete cone crushing and screening plant. It is dual powered and combines a cone crusher with a 3-deck dual slope screen and a patented centrifugal conveyor on the same chassis.

Despite all versatile functionalities, Lokotrack® LT330D™ is still able to be transported between sites on a low bed truck.

It is typically used as a secondary or tertiary crushing plant in a multistage crushing process to produce up to three calibrated end products, from one machine.

The LT330D can accept the feed from a large primary jaw crusher such as a Metso LT120 or LT130 jaw crusher. The rated capacity for the machine indicates up to 450tph.

The LT330D is equipped with a Metso GP330 Cone crusher. Suited for most types of hard rock, this is a high-powered cone crusher with high nominal power, a large stroke and a large feed opening.

The design of the LT330D is unique because of the large triple deck screen. This dual slope screen is designed for high-capacity screening and accuracy. Space between the decks allows for relatively easy mesh changes.

Advanced power technology on the LT330D allows for the machine to be powered directly from the grid or external power source where this is available.

Create final end products with the closed-circuit process flow thanks to the centrifugal looped conveyor – returning oversized materials back to the crusher for multiple passes through the crusher.

The Metso IC™ process control system optimises crushing results. It allows one-button start and stop, with built-in troubleshooting and a variety of parameter selections. All Lokotrack® mobile crushers in the same crushing process can be connected to the Metso IC™ system.

With a large inventory of critical spare and wear parts available at our Jet Park premises, Pilot Crushtec has technical and spares support for the LT330D™ to ensure that you limit downtime, should a breakdown occur.
