MAXIscalp 600Modular Scalping Screen

The Pilot Modular MAXIscalp 600 is a heavy duty, primary scalping screen with apron feeder and stockpiling conveyors, for the use of removing oversize material to feed primary crushing stations.

The screen is suitable for use in mining, quarrying, demolition waste, asphalt, recycling, aggregates, and coal applications. The large screen throw ensures that sticky material and oversize material is separated quick and efficiently.

The plant may be fed by an excavator, loader, or mobile crusher and its semi-mobile design allows for simple onsite installation and relocation without the need for civil works.

The large screen box can be fitted with a wide variety of media including Bofar bars, rapid screen and/or meshes depending on the application.  The top deck is side-tensioned, while the bottom deck is end-tensioned.
