The Metso C106 Jaw Crusher is an all-round jaw crusher which is generally used as a primary crusher. This jaw crusher has been known to crush very hard, abrasive rock in quarrying and mining applications. The C-Jaw design features a steep cavity cross section with an outstanding nip angle that ensures efficient crushing and across the jaw cavity. This crusher has an aggressive, well-aligned stroke at the bottom and ensures high throughput capacity and reduction ratios.

Product Features

The aggressive pitman motion of the C106 jaw crusher has been achieved with enhanced kinematics. The industry leading stroke is amplified from top to bottom, being at its longest in the lower part of the cavity.

The feed opening of the C106 jaw can handle up to a 600mm sized rock. This feed intake can handle even the coarsest materials, and the Pitman eye protection plates provides extra protection.

Strong pinned and bolted structure increases transportation and installation options as well as making any long-term maintenance simpler and more cost effective

The unique tri-nut design allows for easy, safe and convenient loosening of the liners for liner changes.

The fly wheels covers are made from high tech composite guards for the fly wheels and V-Belts to ensure safety for operators and a lightweight overall design.

The setting can be adjusted with two wedges without shim plates
