GP100S™ is a Secondary cone crusher model. The GP Secondary cone crushers are specifically designed for sometimes demanding secondary crushing stages, where the feed flow may variate, and the feed size can be anything between an extra coarse and extra fine grading.
GP secondaries’ main feature is the ability to accept extra-large feed material versus their physical size. This “feed opening to weight ratio” enables optimization of the operating expenses and maximize uptime for the whole crushing circuit.
The GP100S™ features a large feed opening for undisturbed operation and increased capacity. This cone crusher can be utilized as secondary crusher in mining and aggregate production.

GP Secondaries’ big feed opening prevents blockages in the crusher. Big feed opening enables also the primary jaw crusher to be operated with larger closed side settings. Larger CSS enables significantly longer lifetime of the jaw dies and higher productivity of the plant. Constant feed opening and wear compensation minimizing the need to adjust the primary crusher during operation.
