The Nordberg® HP300 cone crusher is a medium-sized unit in the Nordberg® HP Series™ range. It is used in aggregates and mining operations and is typically installed in the second, third or fourth crushing stages.

The HP300 is built around a set combination of crusher speed, stroke, crushing force, and chamber geometry.

An enhanced stroke, power, and retaining force, paired with a robust crusher body, ensure durability under high loads. The increased chamber density boosts inter-particle crushing, yielding excellent product shape, high reduction ratios, and impressive capacity.

The Nordberg® HP300 cone crusher has a maximum feed opening of approximately 241 mm. The closed side setting (CSS) is mechanically adjustable and typically falls within a range of 6 mm to 50 mm, depending on liner selection and application.

The HP300 can be supplied with the Metso IC control system. This system provides operational monitoring and adjustment functions for the crusher. By fine-tuning parameters, the controller can boost production by over 10%, ensuring greater efficiency, reduced downtime, and consistent output.
