The HP300 cone crusher features enhanced kinematics thanks to its optimised crusher speed, throw, crushing forces, and cavity design. These enhancements increase the stroke and the power while maintaining a robust crusher body to withstand higher crushing forces.
The HP300 is designed with a low oil capacity lubrication system, which improves operational efficiency and reduces costs. This compact system requires less hydraulic oil, minimising the environmental footprint and simplifying oil handling.
The Nordberg® HP300 cone crusher has a maximum feed opening of approximately 241 mm. The closed side setting (CSS) is mechanically adjustable and typically falls within a range of 6 mm to 50 mm, depending on liner selection and application.
The HP300 can be supplied with the Metso IC control system. This system provides operational monitoring and adjustment functions for the crusher. By fine-tuning parameters, the controller can boost production by over 10%, ensuring greater efficiency, reduced downtime, and consistent output.
The HP300 operates across a crusher speed range of approximately 700 to 1,200 RPM, depending on configuration and application.
