LT120Mobile Jaw Crusher

The Lokotrack® LT120™ is a mobile jaw crusher especially for aggregates production. It can be used as the first crusher in a multistage crushing process or as a stand-alone unit. Lokotrack® LT120™ is mounted on tracks, so it can be easily moved inside a quarry and transported between sites on a low bed truck.

The Lokotrack® LT120™ mobile jaw crusher is built around the Nordberg® C120™ crushing unit, which is designed for crushing hard rock types such as granite, basalt and gneiss. The crusher’s large feed opening provides outstanding capacity due to an excellent nip angle and aggressive linear stroke.

The hydraulic drive ensures trouble-free operation and enables the crusher direction to be changed in the event of blockage to clear the cavity. The CAT® engine, in turn, provides energy efficient power for the crusher.

Product Features

Enables the loading of the Lokotrack LT120 either with an excavator or wheel loader and is made of wear resistant steel. Large surge capacity allows for smoother operation and a properly fed machine.

Hydraulic side walls with locking mechanism allows for easy set up and transport of equipment.

The crusher is mounted on a purpose-built, heavy-duty skid frame with wrap around walkways, handrails and non-slip composite grating.

The hydraulic rock breaker is useful for improving the efficiency of operations where oversized rocks need to be broken down before further processing. This hydraulic rock breaker option includes a boom and hammer combination that is remotely controlled, ensuring safety during operation by allowing the clearing of blockages or oversized rocks without direct human intervention.

The extended discharge conveyor is used for larger stockpiles, reducing yellow metal cost.

Heavy-duty magnetic separator for removing the iron waste from crushed material which ensures machines down the line are protected from uncrushable material.

Fuel consumption is minimised by using flywheels of high inertia and optimal rpm (1600 rpm). High flywheel inertia means fewer power peaks and lower fuel consumption.

05Exceptional Jaw Crusher Performance

The C120 has the largest stroke in its class, excellent reduction rate, and kinematics that provides excellent capacity during crushing. The large variance of setting CSS enables flexibility for producing different end products.

06Super Safety comes Standard

Proper stairs with handrails, walkways and maintenance platforms. Several emergency buttons and pull wires fitted to the machine standard. The IC Controller unit provides delayed safety protocol start-up sequences.
