The Metso Lokotrack® LT96™ mobile jaw crusher, or mobile jaw crushing plant as it is also called, is often used as a primary crusher in a multistage crushing process or as a stand-alone unit. LT96 can operate as a primary crusher designed for crushing hard rock types.

Ideal for small scale on-site crushing in tight spaces, such as crushing demolition waste and aggregates production on construction sites. Perfect choice for small and medium size contractors, entrepreneurs, and rental.

Large extended hopper enables the loading with either an excavator or wheel loader. Large surge capacity allows for smoother operation and a properly fed machine.

Hydraulic side walls with locking mechanism allows for easy set up, high quality safety and lined with wear resistant steel liners.

The Lokotrack® LT96 mobile jaw crusher is mounted on tracks, so it can be easily moved inside a quarry or construction site and transported between sites on a low bed truck.

Heavy-duty magnetic separator for removing the iron waste from crushed material which ensures machines down the line are protected from uncrushable material.

The extended discharge conveyor is used for larger stockpiles, reducing yellow metal cost or feeding other mobile crushers easily.

Hydraulic crusher drive with high inertia flywheels with optimised hydraulics efficiency and reduced hydraulic oil volume.

05Exceptional Jaw Crusher Performance

Proven Nordberg C96 jaw crusher for multiple applications. Single toggle primary jaw crusher with non-welded construction. The crusher is mounted without a bolted connection. The sturdy bolted and pinned design increases the durability of the crusher against shock loads and enables LT96 to perform for a long period of time. Crusher’s excellent nip angle, stroke and kinematics gives LT96 outstanding performance.

06Super Safety comes Standard

Proper stairs with handrails, walkways and maintenance platforms. Several emergency buttons and pull wires fitted to the machine standard. The IC Controller unit provides delayed safety protocol start-up sequences.

Magnetic Separator	Permanent magnet to remove the iron waste from the crushed material (Optional)
Metso Metrics System	Included Remote monitoring and reporting system for Lokotrack. Consists of modem and antenna installation. Access to the monitoring and maintenance scheduling system and reporting services can be ordered with a separate service contract.
IC Control System	LT96 operation and crushing process is controlled using purposely designed Lokotrack IC700 control system. The crushing process includes fully automatic process control, single button process start / stop and advanced fault diagnostics.
