MFH25 FEEDER HOPPER

MFH25 Modular Feeder Hopper

The MFH25 is a 25-ton, heavy-duty feed bin engineered specifically for demanding mining, quarrying, and recycling applications. Purpose-built for optimal performance, the MFH25 operates effectively as a standalone unit, delivering material at a controlled rate onto a conveyor for transfer to downstream equipment such as crushers or screens for further processing.

This module is supplied as standard on a robust skid-mounted frame, eliminating the need for civil works during installation and commissioning. Additionally, a proportional level sensor is included to facilitate discharge rate control where required.

Product Features

MFH25 feeder hopper
icon

16 m³ surge hopper suitable for loader or excavator feed

icon

Hopper walls are tapered and lined to help material move through the unit and reduce build-up inside the hopper.

icon

Sliding feed control gate with manual adjustment

icon

Dual out-of-balance electric motors deliver powerful, reliable vibration to move material evenly across the feeder.

icon

Vibratory action delivers material at a steady rate onto downstream conveyors.

icon

The unit is supported on heavy-duty legs designed to remain stable under load.

A fixed cat ladder is installed to provide access for inspection and maintenance tasks.

Extended Benefits

01High Loading Capacity

The 16m³ surge hopper accommodates full loader or excavator “all-in” feeds, reducing the need for multiple loading cycles and improving operational efficiency.

02Precise Feed Rate Control

Material discharge is controlled using the sliding gate, with input from the ultrasonic level sensor. Operators can make adjustments as material characteristics or site conditions change.

03Smooth Material Flow

Tapered, lined hopper walls and the vibrating feeder minimise hang-ups and blockages, providing consistent, reliable feed for crushers, screens, or conveyors.

04Robust, Heavy-Duty Performance

Dual out-of-balance electric motors deliver strong, consistent vibration, moving even heavy, sticky, or oversized material with ease.

05Structural Stability

The unit is supported by heavy-duty legs that keep it steady during operation, even when running at full load.

06Safe & Easy Maintenance

Access to inspection and maintenance areas is provided by a fixed cat ladder.

07Rapid Installation

The skid-mounted design means the unit can be set up on a level surface without the need for permanent civil works and moved again if site layouts change.

08Versatile Application

The MFH25 can be run as a standalone unit or connected into a modular plant setup. This allows it to fit into different site layouts and operating approaches across mining, quarrying, and recycling.

09Optimised Operational Efficiency

Together, the hopper capacity, feed control, and vibration system help keep material moving steadily through the process. This supports consistent throughput during day-to-day operation.
