This versatile modular plant – comprising feeder, conveyors, screens, and the Twister VS100 VSI crusher – processes feed sizes from 5 to 35mm, with a maximum recirculating capacity of 85mtph through the rotor, producing -5mm sand. With a quick change of screening mesh apertures, you can produce a wide range of sizes effortlessly.

TThe SMP100’s belt-feed hopper delivers controlled, consistent material discharge, optimising feed flow to maximise efficiency through the VSI.

The Twister VS100 VSI Crusher efficiently transforms pre-crushed material into premium sand and fines, with reliable, high-performance autogenous crushing.

The SMP100 features the HALLS (Hydraulic Automatic Lid Lifting System) integrated into the frame and a jib crane, ensuring safe, easy access for rotor and bearing cartridge maintenance while enhancing material handling efficiency.

All feeders, crushers, and screens feature forklift pockets for easy on-site relocation, while conveyors are wheel-mounted for added mobility.

Featuring a 2,440mm x 1,220mm open area, the Double Deck Screen offers an adjustable incline and a robust two-bearing drive, ensuring precise material classification and high-throughput production of premium sand and fines.

The adjustable screening angle, paired with end-tensioning on the bottom deck, optimises fine screening and separation for increased throughput.

The standard transfer chute directs material from any angle onto the conveyor, centering it on the receiving belt to prevent spillage.

The conveyors feature a standard slew angle, enabling easy rotation for creating kidney-shaped stockpiles or accessing the crusher for maintenance.
