In-Service Practical Training

Pilot Crushtec International has earned an outstanding reputation at higher education institutions, as a facility that provides the opportunity for students to complete their practical training in engineering studies.

This initiative’s aim is not only to feed the industry skills pool but also to find the best possible recruits, to fill positions at Pilot Crushtec in the future and to promote social and community development.

We offer both P1 and P2 training, as well as field service experience. Students have to be consistently good performers and provide a letter of recommendation from their higher education facility to be considered for the programme. Training requires time and effort on the part of our full-time employees who guide, teach and support these students, so competition to fill the various positions available is huge among engineering students.
