LT130EMobile Jaw Crusher

The Lokotrack® LT130E mobile jaw crusher is well suited for a wide variety of primary crushing jobs. It can crush all types of rocks from soft limestone to the hardest basalts.LT130E can be used as a standalone unit or as the primary crusher for a multi-stage crushing and screening plant. Due to its high capacity and generous feed opening LT130E is typically used in singe quarry operations.

The LT130E ‘easy split’ version can be easily dismounted for road transport, making it ideal contracts requiring high capacity. LT130E can be powered either from the on-board diesel generating set, or from external AC power supply – thereby minimizing the environmental impact and operating cost.

3-Step Grizzly Feeder

Feeder is capable of handling high volumes with a horizontal feeder with a 3-steps grizzly for bypassing fines before crushing.

23m³ Hopper Capacity

Enormous hopper capacity which can handle 8.1 tons of material in the 23m3 hopper.

Heavy-duty Tracks & Frame

Weighing 105 tons, this unit comes equipped with heavy-duty tracks that can manoeuvre the machine around site.

The powerful diesel engine is connected directly to a 500kva generator to power electric motors.

Reduces Blockages

The standard hydraulic hammer, mounted on a boom is used to safely break oversized feed material which may block the jaw cavity.

800mm Feed size

The C130 Jaw crusher has an 1,300mm x 1,000mm feed opening to accept very large feed materials.

1.4m Wide & 16m Long Discharge Conveyor

The wide 1.4M discharge belt has a total length of 16M for creating large stockpiles of crushed materials or for feeding additional crushers for further processing of materials.

Removes Non-Ferrous Metals

The overband magnet fitted to the discharge belt removes iron from the crushed materials to protect downstream processing equipment.

05Exceptional Jaw Crusher Performance

The C130™ has an excellent reduction rate, and kinematics that provides excellent capacity during crushing. The large variance of setting CSS enables flexibility for producing different end products. The unit has a large feed opening to minimize interruptions in continuous production. C130™ utilizes premium quality components and wear-protected steel castings to maximize lifetime. In the rare case of blockage, the pitman motion can be reversed by frequency converter to remove the blockage.

06Super Safety comes Standard

Lighter and more durable composite guards are safer and easier to handle and improve access. Maintenance platform for crushing cavity maintenance. C Series jaw crushers are always delivered with specially designed lifting tools. Conveyors are equipped with stop buttons and wires for advanced safety.
