Hydraulic Setting Adjustment

The HP200e’s hydraulic tramp release system combines high-response accumulators and dual-acting cylinders to quickly react to uncrushable material. By automatically opening the crushing chamber to allow tramp material to pass, it protects critical components, reduces downtime, and improves operational reliability.

No-backing liners
The HP200e is fitted with no-backing manganese liners, for quicker, easier, and safer liner changes. By eliminating backing compounds, this design enhances safety and reduces the environmental footprint of maintenance activities.
Head anti-spin brake
The integrated head anti-spin brake reduces the head’s rotation when idle, minimising wear on the mantle and bowl liner. This improves component longevity, extends liner lifespan, and helps lower maintenance costs.
