Lokotrack® LT200HP™ mobile cone crusher is designed for secondary crushing. Track-mounted Lokotrack® LT200HP™ is ideal for producing aggregates for road construction and railroad ballast, as well as for asphalt and concrete fractions.

Lokotrack® LT200HP™ mobile cone crusher is typically used as a secondary crusher in conjunction with a primary crushing plant in multi-stage crushing applications like commodities, railroad ballast, asphalt, and concrete fraction production. It is easy to move between sites thanks to compact transportation dimensions.

The Lokotrack® LT200HP™ features an efficient Nordberg® HP200™ cone crusher unit, which is designed for high productivity, low operating and wear costs and a long service life, providing superior end-product quality.

No other warranty in the industry is as comprehensive as the Metso EPS Warranty. Extending the standard warranty from 1 year/2,000 to 2 years/4,000 hours and major components covered from year 1 to year 5.

03Cost Savings in Fuel Consumption

The fuel economy of the Lokotrack® LT200HP™ has improved by between 35 and 40% since the first model was introduced in 2004. The latest model can save at least 15% in fuel consumption compared to the previous hydraulic-driven model, thanks to its direct belt drive from the gearbox. It is also the first Lokotrack to comply with Stage V emission regulations.

With a large inventory of critical spare and wear parts available at our Jet Park premises, Pilot Crushtec has technical and spares support for the LT200HP™ to ensure that you limit downtime, should a breakdown occur.

05Super Safety comes Standard

Proper stairs with handrails, walkways and maintenance platforms. Several emergency buttons and pull wires fitted to the machine standard. The IC Controller unit provides delayed safety protocol start-up sequences.
